McKenzie Method

The McKenzie Method, also known as Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), is a classification and treatment protocol for problems of the spine, such as low back and neck pain, herniated discs, radiating leg or arm pain/numbness, and sciatica. A key component of the McKenzie Method is patient education in proper exercise and posture in order for patients to treat their own pain, rather than relying on various therapists. The doctors at Active Health Solutions are among the few chiropractors who have training in MDT, setting them apart from other chiropractors. For more info visit www.mckenziemdt.org
